Despite not growing up on a farm, Kaitlin has always been drawn to the agricultural field – literally. Her first job was detasseling. Her second job was rock picking. And her most recent job: spending a handful of years helping farmers improve water quality in Iowa. She’s a creative thinker, a lifelong learner, and highly driven. You’ll find Kaitlin working as part of the MorganMyers team to develop and execute strategic communications for a variety of our ag and food clients.

WHAT MOVES ME?

I love working with farmers. They are the original innovators. Without their work, we’d all still be hunter-gatherers, and I wouldn’t have this awesome job. Despite their monumental impact on society, I’ve found farmers to be some of the most down-to-earth people, and their passion for what they do is contagious.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

• If I won the lottery tomorrow, I would start a whiskey distillery with my sister. And you know, keep working here.
• Volunteer/passion projects I love to work on outside of work include: feeding baby birds in the summer for Iowa Bird Rehabilitation.
• If I could be anywhere other than right here, right this minute, I would be: camping and sand surfing at Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park in Utah.
