Digital Marketing Manager

MorganMyers (MM) is in search of a Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for leading, developing, implementing, measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns for clients. This role is central to crafting and executing strategic cross-channel digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI. In addition to developing and executing these strategies, the Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that the team’s efforts are aligned with the overall goals of MM and its clients. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing with strong skills in paid media, social strategy, and agency environments. Additionally, a foundational understanding of website development and SEO/SEM will be advantageous in contributing to the overall success of the team.

 

For this role candidates can be hybrid (NC, IL, IA, WI, NY) or fully remote in the following states: NC, IL, NY, CT, NJ, PA, IA, KY, MI, WI, IN, MN, FL, MD, MO, KS, SC, CO or OK.

 

Duties:

  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders and create robust digital marketing plans that define and improve KPIs for MM and our clients.
  • Produce strategic recommendations outlining digital marketing and paid media strategies to share with clients for improved campaign and brand performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Own and monitor social media performance and brand health and partner with account teams and clients to develop relationships with target audiences and influencers.
  • Develop, implement and test digital and social ad campaigns to continually improve KPIs across campaigns.
  • Lead the development of audience building, advertising and organic social strategies and oversee the execution while working with clients.
  • Monitor digital marketing strategies; periodically optimizing for maximum efficiency, suggesting tweaks or new strategies as needed.
  • Analyze and interpret digital performance regularly looking for trends and insights for continued optimization adjusting when needed.
  • Put together monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports to share internally and externally with clients.
  • Enhance digital presence through digital media and content strategies that align with business goals of MM and our clients.
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, digital trends and business/industry trends.
  • Bring innovative ideas and recommendations to ensure that our client’s digital programs remain modern, relevant and progressive.
  • Establish a deep understanding of MM clients and their goals.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or marketing with 5+ years of digital strategy experience a plus
  • Animal health experience preferred
  • Proven experience with Google Marketing Suite (tag manager, search console, GA4, adwords, data studio) is a must.
  • Established results developing successful media strategies with forward-thinking recommendations.
  • Experience across all aspects of a digital campaign, i.e. planning, buying executing and managing.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Previous experience with Sprout Social, Social Studio, Brand Mentions, a plus.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, utilizing personal skills, other people and material resources to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate excellent judgment in the face of ambiguity.
  • Highly organized multitasker that you can deliver excellence while juggling various campaigns and verticals simultaneously while staying organized, change directions rapidly and accept new assignments frequently with pressing deadlines.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Strong creative writing skills and analytic skills.
  • Self-confident and takes pride in high quality work.
  • Respect for and support of other team members.
