MorganMyers joins G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group
Two legacy agencies unite to create positive change in agriculture and food.
Partnerships can redefine the landscape, create opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced impact. We are delighted to announce a significant milestone in MorganMyers’ journey as we transition from a stand-alone company to a fully owned subsidiary of G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group (G&S).
Called MorganMyers, a G&S Agency, we are well positioned for the future. Joining G&S allows us to expand our capabilities, extend our reach, and serve clients with even greater impact, while giving our employees more opportunities for growth and allowing for a planned transition of our leadership.
Leveraging two legacies of excellence
We discovered quickly through conversations with G&S’s talented leadership, and reviews of their work, that we share similar histories and values, and the same vision for the greater work we could do together. Combining our 40+ years of experience driving positive change with G&S’s 50+ years, we will expand our impact of finding creative, innovative solutions to communication challenges that help our clients move their businesses forward and create lasting positive change for the industry.
We’re both independent and nimble with the ability to focus and refocus teams to deliver timely results for our clients. We each put trust at the center of every relationship and believe that it all begins and ends with strong, satisfied employees, who are equipped and able to lead and drive the changes our clients want.
The MorganMyers journey, which has been powered with adventure by great clients and employees, has often put us at the forefront of agricultural and food communications. We’ve helped introduce many industry firsts in agriculture including the first biotech corn and soybean crops for America’s farmers, and the first FDA-approved pour-on for pain control in cattle.
We also helped food companies be more transparent and sustainable — building trust in their brands by sharing the information consumers desire about how their food is grown. And we’ve substantially expanded our digital and social support for CPG food companies to build brand value and relationships across the major digital platforms.
Our deep understanding of the agricultural and food sectors, combined with our expertise in communicating complex issues in simple, relatable ways, has positioned MorganMyers as a unique farm-to-table communications partner to promote innovations, sustainable farming, and food production practices. We look forward to broader opportunities with G&S to continue creating positive change.
Like us, G&S is deeply rooted in agriculture and has grown in several other sectors, including healthcare and wellness, financial and professional services, landscaping and outdoor living, home and building, and advanced manufacturing and energy. The expanded and fully integrated, G&S omnichannel service offerings, including customer relationship management, creative, digital, earned, and paid media, and market research resources, as well as their back-office support, and ability to scale, will make the G&S and MorganMyers team a serious contender at a whole new level.
A shared vision for the future
This is G&S’s second acquisition in five years, and we’ve been impressed with their planning and structure to make sure MorganMyers and G&S employees have the information they need as it relates to their roles and go-to-market plans. The plan is to keep MorganMyers (and G&S) people on board, along with the MorganMyers offices in Wisconsin and Iowa.
Joining forces with G&S marks a new chapter in our story — one filled with exciting possibilities. We’re still MorganMyers, now with additional G&S capabilities and resources to address the evolving challenges of the agricultural and food sectors with innovative programs that build, promote, and protect great brands that feed the world.
